We represent small start-ups and Fortune 100 companies, most of whom came to us at an early stage in their physical store growth. We help them develop a custom process for determining where they should open stores, and then take that strategy to scale. Current clients include Brilliant Earth, Rowan, TravisMathew, Todd Snyder, and more.
- Maintains existing and develops new datasets and reports for use by clients.
- Builds PowerPoint (and occasionally GIS) presentations for client real estate strategy presentations.
- Assists transaction coordinators and deal managers in building Real Estate Committee packages and tour decks for clients.
- Performs ad-hoc requests for clients, such as collecting co-tenant performance data from landlords and running revenue models for deals.
- Bachelors degree in data analytics, data science, geography, real estate, finance, or another related field.
- Ambition and curiosity for the retail and real estate industries.
- 1-3 years (preferred) experience internally at a retailer, brokerage, consulting firm, or a high-growth startup.
- Experience with Microsoft Office suite (Excel preferably at an intermediate level or a strong desire to learn).
- The ability to distill technical information into insights for clients.
- Proficiency in managing and prioritizing time to service a diverse client portfolio.
- Preferred qualifications (not mandatory):
- Experience using SQL, Tableau, Alteryx, or another data analytics platform.
- Experience internally at a retailer or real estate brokerage.
- Experience with Esri’s suite of GIS products or a similar GIS system.
